Ready to play a key role in Ottawa’s vibrant business scene? TAG HR is partnering with the Ottawa Board of Trade (OBOT) to find their next Executive Assistant to CEO. In this role, you’ll support OBOT’s CEO, manage key projects, and help drive initiatives that connect business leaders across Ottawa. Keep reading to learn more about this full-time on-site position.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior support role
- Proven record building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Event planning or marketing experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Ottawa’s business community is an asset
About the role
If hired, you will:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and correspondence (email and phone)
- Organize meeting prep, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Plan and coordinate networking events and award ceremonies
- Track project goals, timelines, progress, and risks
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Create reports, presentations, and content for publications, surveys, and awards
- Research business trends and prepare strategic briefs
- Provide logistical support and events reporting analysis
