Trent Valley Honda is seeking a highly organized, technologically savvy and resourceful Executive Assistant to directly support our busy owner/general manager with day-to-day operations!

Summary of Duties:
- Provides comprehensive administrative support and assists with office organization, prepares meeting agendas, coordinates executive communications and plans corporate events.
- Prepares internal and external corporate documents, optimizes Outlook to schedule meetings and appointments/email and calendar management, makes travel arrangements, sets up events, gathers data, assists with special projects and writes reports, etc.
- Supports the sales team and Reception occasionally to greet and direct customers and other stakeholders via email, in person and/or over a multiline telephone system.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 – 5 years of experience as an EA to a senior level executive or CEO, preferably in a sales or retail industry, along with post secondary education in a business-related field.
- Strong administrative skills and expertise with Outlook, PP, Excel and other digital tools to coordinate executive meetings, create compelling presentations and to assist with key business and financial reports, etc.
- Acute attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all internal, and external stakeholders.
