Executive Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will assist the SVP of Music Programming Specials & Events, as well as the SVP and two VPs of Music & Celebrity Talent, providing a wide range of administrative support. This is a remote position with responsibilities for calendar management, expense reporting, document upkeep, and booking travel. The role will require a high level of organization, professionalism, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the SVP of Music Programming Specials & Events and the SVP and VPs of Music & Celebrity Talent.
  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
  • Process expense reports and assist with other financial tracking for executives.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate office services as needed.
  • Organize and maintain department files, including calendars, distribution lists, and entertainment information databases.
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of creative decks and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose celebrity talent for upcoming projects and events across Music & Entertainment.
  • Track important documents related to tentpoles and series, including deal memos, nominee invitations, talent trackers, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in television/media industry or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Compensation:

Up to $31.74/hr. (W2)
