Company Overview
As a high-level personal executive assistant, I have served as a critical advisor to presidents and CEO’s. With a unique ability to analyze operations from myriad perspectives, I possess a strong working knowledge of a company’s critical functional areas. My understanding of dynamic operating environments has contributed to my ability to identify talent to meet organizational demands. It is this skill that served as impetus for my pursuit of a recruitment role. In 2008 I launched TalentWatch, Inc., a company dedicated to providing recruitment services at highly competitive rates. The business has experienced steady growth since its inception. With a focus on executive and personal assistants, I have cultivated sustained business in that space with additional placements for creative directors COO’s and CFO’s, to name a few. The cornerstone of my success is my ability to establish, build, and maintain a robust network of clients and vibrant talent. I enjoy partnering with my clients to understand their needs as part of making highly effective introductions, resulting in exceptional placements that facilitate long-standing commitments from both clients and candidates.
