Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and meetings.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes.
Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Office Management:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining office seating arrangements.
Liaise with building management and address facility-related issues.
Project Coordination:

Support special projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing presentations and communication.
Assist in organizing company-wide events and initiatives.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously to ensure projects are delivered on time.

What are we looking for:

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving skills.
