Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire role with our client in Cincinnati, OH. This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $23 to $26 and is a 1st shift role. Our client is a non profit in the area. Looking for a highly organized and detailed individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives.
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate and organize executive-level meetings and events.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
