What You’ll Do
- Support food and beverage teams in event catering, ensuring exceptional product quality and service.
- Serve as a designated driver for event logistics (valid driver’s license with a clean record required).
- Work closely with operations managers to coordinate banquets, kitchen teams, and service staff.
- Prepare order forms, invoices, contracts, and event-related documents.
- Assist clients with processing deposits and reserving accommodations.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members.
- Maintain training records, including orientation schedules and attendance sheets.
- Submit training activity reports to property managers.
What You Bring
- Availability to work event hours, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-focused environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for driving-related responsibilities).
