Role Overview

SONIFI Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our enterprise healthcare solutions in hospitals and large health systems. This role focuses on expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of SONIFI Health solutions within hospitals and healthcare networks.

  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas within an assigned territory or region.

  • Proactively engage in lead generation to maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.

  • Manage and track leads, opportunities, and accounts within the company’s CRM system.

  • Provide weekly sales pipeline updates to the Vice President of Sales.

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with sales management and client service teams in strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare technology sales, specifically within hospitals and health systems.

  • Proven ability to present solutions and business plans to CXOs and large healthcare groups.

  • Strong contract negotiation, financial acumen, and analytical skills to drive complex sales processes.

  • Must reside near a major airport and be willing to travel 30% to 60%.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and tablet technologies.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $145,000 annually, plus commission.

  • Salary will be determined based on experience, location, education, and expertise.
