Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Build and expand the business development team to drive outbound growth on both the East and West Coasts.
🔹 Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve high performance.
🔹 Provide guidance on prospecting, messaging, and engagement tactics.
🔹 Ensure outreach efforts align with overall sales and marketing objectives.
🔹 Actively support pipeline development when needed.
🔹 Continuously enhance and update training programs.
🔹 Streamline sales tools and processes for maximum efficiency.
🔹 Prioritize both quality and volume to drive pipeline growth.
Requirments:
✔ 2+ years of experience leading outbound BDR teams.
✔ Demonstrated success in leading, scaling, and inspiring sales teams.
✔ Hands-on leadership style, willing to get involved when necessary.
✔ Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue impact.
✔ Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
✔ Excellent collaboration skills across marketing and sales functions.
✔ Experience in SaaS sales.
✔ Background in selling to the Healthcare industry.
