What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the Employer Brand strategy for the Americas, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Lead Employer Brand employee advocacy efforts within the region.
  • Expand and enhance Adyen’s digital presence in North America across multiple channels, leveraging both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to support regional events and strategic partnerships.
  • Define, track, and analyze key metrics and KPIs for employer branding initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Leadership, HR, Marketing, DEI, Recruitment, Internal Communications, and more.

Who You Are

  • A data-driven professional with expertise in Employer Branding, skilled at translating data into actionable insights.
  • Well-versed in the talent market across the Americas and its evolving dynamics.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management, with confidence in collaborating with technical teams.
  • Proven ability to design and execute high-impact awareness, engagement, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, and self-motivated, capable of working independently.
  • A versatile team player eager to take on diverse responsibilities to strengthen Adyen’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Portuguese or Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
