About the Job
Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)
Carrington Mortgage Holdings seeks an Email Marketing Specialist to provide production support for B2C projects. Working primarily within the marketing automation platform and CRM, you will coordinate and implement marketing communication projects, focusing on email marketing and lead nurture campaigns.
Compensation: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour + Annual Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Utilize marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred) to:
- Create and maintain email templates.
- Send and schedule emails.
- Manage and segment lists.
- Import lists and map data.
- Construct and maintain workflows.
- Conduct multi-variant testing (A/B testing).
- Create landing pages, forms, and blog pages.
- Monitor campaigns and report performance.
- Maintain an email template library within the CRM.
- Collaborate on marketing projects with vendors, contractors, teams, and business units.
- Communicate marketing projects effectively to team members, internal clients, and vendors.
- Prepare marketing status reports.
- Perform other administrative duties.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of marketing experience in a corporate environment.
- 2+ years of experience using an email automation platform (HubSpot preferred).
- Mortgage or lending organization experience preferred.
