At Success Academy, our Science Program fosters a deep curiosity for scientific exploration. We empower scholars to think critically and creatively, engaging with the world around them through engineering, physics, mathematics, chemistry, and biology as interconnected disciplines. A strong emphasis is also placed on scientific literacy, including reading, writing, and data analysis.

- Enhance your communication skills by building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues. This includes writing letters of recommendation for middle and high school students.

Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree by your first day at Success Academy.
- A rigorous academic background (biology, chemistry, physics, engineering, or a related field).
- Ability to work in person in New York City (eligible for a $2,500 relocation stipend).
- Experience or ability to manage a classroom of 20+ students.
