Early Years Practitioner Job Opportunity
Are you passionate about shaping young minds and creating a nurturing learning environment? Falcons School, a leading independent primary school in Putney, is looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team from January 2025. This is a term-time role with an additional four weeks to cover holiday clubs.

Key Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner
- Deliver engaging educational programs tailored to young learners.
- Plan and implement creative learning experiences that support early childhood development.
- Assess children’s progress using the EYFS framework and maintain accurate learning records.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 2-5.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Experience working with young children and families, supporting early learning development.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, Ofsted framework, and safeguarding policies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for early education, with a nurturing and positive approach.
