This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and education. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that fosters children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality education and care to all children in line with the Ark Start curriculum.
• Act as a key worker for a group of children, maintaining records and fostering strong relationships with parents.
• Promote child safety and safeguarding, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
• Encourage active learning through play and interactive activities.
• Maintain a welcoming and stimulating environment where children can thrive and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (or willingness to qualify).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding policies.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for continuous professional growth.
