Job Overview
Capital Energy is seeking a Door-to-Door Sales Car Group Setter Manager to lead a dynamic team of setters who generate leads through direct sales efforts. This is an exciting role for a self-motivated leader who thrives on coaching teams, achieving goals, and earning uncapped commissions.
Compensation
- Flexible work schedule Approximately 100 hours per month
- you will also receive an override on all sales from your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage Teams Recruit, train, and mentor door-to-door setters to generate high-quality leads.
- Set Team Goals Motivate and inspire your team to meet and exceed monthly lead quotas.
- Field Management Oversee daily field operations, ensuring professionalism and consistency.
- Lead by Example Actively participate in door-to-door sales efforts to build rapport with the team and demonstrate best practices.
- Performance Tracking Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Coordinate with Sales Closers Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, team management, or related roles.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally as needed.
- Passion for renewable energy and sales success.
