Job Details

The Director of Preconstruction is responsible for leading the preconstruction phase of construction projects. This includes overseeing project estimates, budgets, and schedules, as well as coordinating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders. The Director of Preconstruction will also work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project estimates and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
  • Create project schedules and ensure that they are met
  • Provide leadership and direction to the preconstruction team
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks
  • Ensure that projects are built to the highest quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and other partners
  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
