Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, with a strong focus on marketing strategy and customer insights.
  • Expertise:
    • Customer segmentation and predictive modeling.
    • Key performance metrics such as LTV (Lifetime Value), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and Media ROI.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and AI-driven customer engagement.
    • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, DOMO, SAS).
    • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and expertise in EVARs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead and manage a lean team of Marketing Data Analysts.
    • Partner with marketing, finance, and IT stakeholders to align on key data strategies.
  • Customer & Performance Analytics:
    • Measure and analyze customer performance metrics, including LTV, retention rates, and CAC.
    • Develop and refine customer models to optimize multi-channel engagement and assess incrementality.
  • Data & Technology Optimization:
    • Work alongside IT teams to leverage web analytics tools, enhancing the customer journey and conversion funnel.
    • Oversee and optimize the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enhance segmentation and implement AI-driven personalization strategies.
