We are looking for a Director of Food & Beverage to lead and innovate our diverse dining experiences across six unique outlets. Lead Luxury Dining Experiences as Director of Food & Beverage
As Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee operations across our award-winning dining venues, including The View, Cone Club, and Pershing Yacht Terrace. Your primary responsibilities will include managing P&L, ensuring top-tier service standards, and driving the evolution of our outlets. Collaborating with the Executive Chef and management team, you will shape our gastronomic vision while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities of the Director of Food & Beverage
- Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences and boost profitability.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop marketing and promotional initiatives to maximize sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, responding to feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality as an F&B leader.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- European citizenship preferred.
