Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Account Managers to develop and refine a streamlined process ensuring successful outcomes for all clients.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to guide the actions of the Account Manager and ensure that clients’ needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders and clients to organize meetings, complete onboarding documentation, and manage post-implementation deliverables.
  • Thoroughly understand and implement core product positioning strategies while creating resources that support the Account Manager team in executing effective sales processes..

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in shaping a vision within a business development or client engagement function and successfully translating that vision into action.
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and holding a team accountable to high-performance standards.
  • Skilled in leveraging metrics to track and improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • A deep commitment to helping clients grow and succeed in their business ventures.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
