Key Responsibilities
- Utilize design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat to execute production tasks, including adapting ads to meet different vendor specifications. This may involve rearranging and adjusting designs to fit various dimensions.
- Interpret vendor-provided ad specification guides and apply them to branded assets.
- Make design modifications as needed, including adjusting content hierarchy, updating text, selecting and cropping images, and refining overall layout.
- Assist in streamlining production processes and effectively communicate these workflows to the team.
- Incorporate design components from Figma libraries into creative assets.
- Maintain strict file naming conventions and organize files systematically.
- Prepare and optimize logos for use in digital assets.
- Track and log time accurately for tasks while ensuring timely project completion.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital production role.
- Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Strong time management and file organization skills.
- Deep understanding of design principles with a keen eye for detail and technical proficiency.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines effectively.
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bonus: Experience with image retouching, email marketing platforms, or motion graphics is a plus!
