CF Search Marketing is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to contribute to our expanding team. You’ll oversee paid search campaigns on Google and other digital platforms, managing budgets and collaborating with colleagues to maximize ROI, attract high-quality leads, and drive targeted traffic.

CF Search Marketing is a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping auto dealerships succeed. Our services include SEO, PPC, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and reputation management. We work with dealerships nationwide to increase conversions, website traffic, and sales.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Media marketing, with a proven ability to create and analyze paid search campaigns focused on performance and strategy.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook/Instagram marketing.
  • Strong passion for analyzing data, reporting, and improving the ROI of marketing efforts.
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with staff and management at all levels.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledgeable about current digital marketing best practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement paid digital strategies across platforms like Google, Bing, and YouTube. Regularly track, analyze, report, and optimize performance.
  • Establish metrics, tracking systems, and reporting for key marketing activities, including traffic, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, form submissions, sales leads, opportunities, overall sales, spending, and ROI.
  • Build effective keyword and campaign strategies.
  • Design and manage monthly reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with account executives to discuss and plan strategies.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns through research on ad copy, landing pages, bidding, budget management, and competitor analysis.
  • Work closely with the development team to create and refine efficient marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that marketing messages are aligned with clients’ overall strategies and objectives.
