What You Will Be Doing
- Executes and optimizes search engine marketing campaigns to achieve top performance.
- Directly oversees ad placements and optimizations for maximum impact.
- Understands target markets and aligns digital strategies with business and regional priorities, as agreed upon by the Manager.
- Delivers detailed performance reports, insightful analysis, and actionable improvement plans.
- Maintains clear and consistent communication with internal teams to ensure program success.
- Conducts ongoing, extensive keyword research to uncover new opportunities using advanced keyword data tools.
- You will be a key member of the Paid Media team; consistently managing digital activations and lead gen programs as well as collaborating to improve processes, capabilities, and performance.
- Actively participates in cross-functional meetings, projects, and informal activities to foster collaboration.
- Takes on additional web and digital-related projects as assigned, ensuring comprehensive support.
- The position works closely with creative, web, industry marketing team members and external partners to ensure that paid media initiatives are aligned to business goals, objectives, and meeting lead generation targets.
What You Will Likely Bring
- 3 -7 years of digital marketing management experience, preferably in an agency environment or corporate environment.
- Experience managing a variety of paid digital media channels including paid search, programmatic, paid social media, and more. Understanding of digital platforms, digital content, and optimization of media and web.
- Must possess project management skills along with the ability to multitask various projects at once and effectively communicate internally and externally.
- Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communicate proactively with cross functional teams, coordinating campaigns from beginning to end, and delivering results on-time.
- Builds strong relationships and solves problems.
- Strong analytical skills with digital marketing and paid media orientation.
- Strong English written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing resources.
