Role Overview: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels. You will play a key role in developing content, enhancing brand visibility, and driving engagement with current and prospective clients. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to grow Cho Luxury Rentals’ online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content (graphics, videos, copy) for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company’s website.
  • Brand Development: Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand and voice, enhancing Cho Luxury Rentals’ reputation as a leader in luxury furnished rentals.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Execute paid digital advertising campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to improve future efforts.
  • SEO & SEM: Collaborate with the team to optimize content for SEO and improve search rankings.
  • Influencer & Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with influencers and potential brand partners to expand brand reach.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers and respond to comments and inquiries across social media to foster an engaged and loyal online community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management (Tiktok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
