The Role:

This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with strong hands-on digital marketing experience.

You’ll lead data-driven marketing initiatives, ensuring that campaigns drive measurable results and resonate with the target audience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.
  • Managing and optimising campaigns across various channels, including paid media (Google Ads, social media, programmatic), SEO, and email marketing.
  • Collaborating with designers and developers to ensure marketing efforts align with brand identity.
  • Analysing performance data to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Presenting strategic plans, performance reports, and campaign concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Supporting content strategy across digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a combination of strategic expertise and hands-on technical skills.

Key Requirements include:

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing, social media (LinkedIn and YouTube), and performance analytics.
  • A background in agency or managing multiple brands.
  • Proficiency in GA4, heatmap analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Expert knowledge of ActiveCampaign.
