Key Responsibilities
- Process Management: Oversee the coordination of digital marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless workflow transitions between tasks and teams.
- Calendar & Task Management: Maintain and manage the marketing calendar, tracking campaign schedules, content deadlines, and project milestones to ensure timely execution.
- Cross-functional Communication: Serve as the key liaison between the marketing team, designers, content creators, external vendors, and other departments, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives and timelines.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and document team meetings, clearly outlining action items and next steps while following up on progress.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of marketing projects, campaigns, and schedules while providing regular status updates and reports to senior leadership.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance workflow processes and communication strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Budget & Resource Tracking: Assist in monitoring resource allocation, including time, budget, and personnel, to optimize efficiency across marketing projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, project coordination, or operational support (direct campaign execution not required).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring teams stay informed and aligned.
- Proficiency with project management and marketing tools.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in managing schedules, deadlines, and resources.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
