Digital Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist – Patriot Federal Credit Union

Patriot Federal Credit Union seeks a highly organized and communicative individual to manage our social media presence, execute digital marketing campaigns, and maintain website updates. This role requires flexibility, as some evenings and weekends may be necessary for community events.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Support community events, sponsorships, and financial wellness initiatives.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Update the website and analyze user behavior trends.
  • Assist with email, SMS, and other digital campaigns.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at community events and assist with volunteer recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of similar experience.
  • Strong social media, communication, and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to coordinate and support community events.
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends.

Education:

  • Two-year degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
