Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist – SpeedPro South Jersey
SpeedPro South Jersey, a large format graphics company, seeks a Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to drive marketing strategies and support sales efforts. We create visual experiences that help businesses connect with customers and grow. Compensation and Benefits:
- $45,000 – $60,000 + annual bonus (up to 2 weeks)

Job Description:
You will play a dual role in marketing and sales, developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that enhance our online presence and generate qualified leads.
Core Functions:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (social media, email, SEO, PPC).
- Collaborate with the Business Development sales team to understand target markets and align campaigns with sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify leads and assess customer needs.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and maximize ROI.
- Create engaging marketing content (email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages).
- Assist in qualifying leads for the sales team.
- Participate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, etc.).
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Support Inside Sales activities (pricing requests, order management, prospecting calls).
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales and business development teams.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive further business.
- Attend client meetings and networking events (occasional off-hours/weekend commitment).
Other Required Skills:
- Strong customer engagement skills.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with social media management.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
- Keen eye for visual design.
Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on lead generation and sales support.
- Proven track record in sales or a sales-related role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM software, email marketing tools, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
- Ability to collaborate and manage multiple projects.
