Responsibilities:

  • Manage key strategic partner marketing relationships and support marketing programs to achieve measurable results aligned with business goals and partnership objectives.
  • Drive performance against co-marketing agreement terms, managing relationships to maximize engagement and commitment.
  • Analyze target audience needs, preferences, behaviors, and demographics to inform resonant, relevant, impactful, and engaging campaigns.
  • Develop campaign creative concepts (theme, look & feel) from ideation to agency execution.
  • Deliver campaigns, assets, and playbooks to customer-facing teams for implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Audience Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations Technology, Field Engagement, and Strategic Partnerships) to ensure aligned campaign delivery.
  • Achieve agreed-upon return on marketing investment (ROMI) metrics.
  • Analyze data and feedback to iteratively improve and optimize campaign strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • 8+ years of experience developing global marketing campaigns for a large company.
  • Proven ability to influence large, global, cross-functional teams from planning to execution.
  • Proficiency with marketing campaign tools (e.g., Draftr, Marketo, CMT, Allocadia) and data analytics software preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for creating customer-facing campaigns, assets, creative briefs, and campaign strategy presentations.

  • Knowledge of the Education market and/or client products.

  • Experience nurturing business relationships and maintaining partnerships.

  • Willingness to try new approaches and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and comfort presenting to executive audiences.
