Responsibilities

  • Support requests, backend setup, maintenance, and tracking of subscription rates, promotional offers, and landing pages to ensure accuracy and smooth campaign execution.
  • Assist in setting up and deploying inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid search, paid social, and display retargeting.
  • Conduct detailed quality assurance (QA) for all campaign assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy in landing pages, creative materials, offer codes, tracked links, and promotional messaging.
  • Maintain and manage campaign calendars, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently.
  • Oversee invoice approvals, track campaign expenses, and ensure accurate budget reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine campaign performance reports to benchmark results and provide valuable insights for future strategies.
  • Support data tracking, analysis, and market research efforts to identify growth opportunities for subscriber acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor key performance metrics such as conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare and manage creative briefs for marketing assets, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and deadlines.
  • Oversee the development and QA of marketing materials, including visuals, copy, offer codes, tracked links, and content feeds, ensuring they meet brand standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to support marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce, with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides), website analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Docs).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and marketing technology.
  • Exceptional copywriting and proofreading skills to create compelling, brand-aligned messaging.
  • Highly self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about customer success and satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Comfortable analyzing and interpreting data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high productivity under time constraints.
  • A strong interest in news and media is preferred.
