Development Project Manager – High-end Residential – Client side

Falmouth Fairfax are working with an exceptionally successful high-end residential central London investment, development and management business who have successfully redeveloped multiple projects both in London and across Europe. Due to further acquisitions moving into the delivery stages and a solid future development pipeline, they are looking to bring on a Development Project Manager to lead the 360-development process.

The role:

The Development Project Manager will be joining an exceptional team in the London office and will oversee the cradle to grave development cycle of their high-end residential projects. Developments are a mix of single and multi-unit cut and carve, extension, refurbishment and new build, in prime London postcodes, with construction costs between £5 million and £50 million. The role will report into the Head of Development and lead the early stage input into appraisals, planning and the appointment of the professional and contractor teams to take the projects through design and delivery to FF&E completion, sale / lease.

They are looking for a proactive individual who has experience in high-end residential project management, JCT D&B contracts and who has the commercial acumen, attention to detail and drive to succeed in an expanding business.

Requirements:

  • MRICS / MAPM preferable with a BSc in Project Management or related field
  • Circa 7 years’ experience in development focused primarily on high-end / luxury residential projects valued between £5 million and £50 million.
  • Good experience across the 360-development process from planning, JCT contract set up, consultant and contractor team management through delivery to completion.
  • Commercially astute with strong written, interpersonal, time and stakeholder management skills.
