Responsibilities

  • Provide reception for the dental clinic by courteously greeting individuals presenting themselves at the clinic.
  • Schedule all dental appointments using Dentrix software.
  • Answer phone calls in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Monitor the clinic’s email and voicemail, returning messages promptly.
  • Obtain client information by answering calls, interviewing clients, and verifying details.
  • Cross-check and update patient information in Athena.
