About the Job
The Delivery & Warehouse Associate plays a key role in managing inbound deliveries, conducting pickups and drop-offs within set deadlines, assisting clients with their storage needs, and upholding the UOVO Wine brand’s high service standards. This position also involves maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness, participating in daily operations, and supporting the broader Operations Team. The role is primarily based at the NW facility, with flexibility to work at the NE facility as needed.

- Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes

- Experience working with wine products
Responsibilities:
- Assemble shipping cases as required
- Move, organize, build, and dismantle shipping pallets
- Consolidate inventory when needed
- Process pick and pull requests, preparing wines/cases for pickup or shipping
- Conduct local pickups and deliveries as necessary
- Perform offsite activities, including visits to client cellars, storage facilities, and other locations
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse daily
- Ensure warehouse security before leaving each day
- Actively participate in team meetings and special projects
- Work at both NW and NE facilities when required
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Work in a 55°F warehouse, with exposure to extreme heat and cold during deliveries
- Engage in standing, walking, pulling, pushing, and climbing stairs/ladders throughout the shift
- Frequent finger and wrist manipulation or grasping
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Travel Requirements:
- Local pickups and deliveries
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Required:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass the Federal DOT physical and obtain a Federal DOT driver’s license (if applicable)
- 1 – 3 years of warehouse experience
Preferred:
- Forklift certification
- Basic knowledge of fine wines
