About the job

We are seeking a Data Scientist with Quality Metrics, Predictive Modeling and Series Modeling experience to join our growing team. In this role you will need to provide valuable insights and allow us to make data-driven decisions to improve this key strategic metric. Candidates that apply must have worked in the Healthcare industry before. Candidates should have worked with Vizient Analytics.

This role is direct hire – no sponsorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced analytics using the latest machine learning methodologies.
  • Develop scalable and reliable AI/ML models.
  • Utilize programming languages such as Python and SQL for model development and experimentation.
  • Apply machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Employ machine learning methodologies and principles, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
  • Work with the Snowflake cloud data platform.
  • Focus on healthcare quality and safety metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in data science.
  • Quality Metrics, Predictive Modeling and Series Modeling
  • Expertise in building scalable and reliable AI/ML models.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Understanding of machine learning methodologies and principles.
  • Experience with Snowflake cloud data platform is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare quality and safety metrics is a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
