I am delighted to be working with a fantastic charity in search of a temporary Data Entry Administrator. This is an immediate start, 2 week London based hybrid (first 2 or 3 days in office then fully remote) role. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join the organisations Outreach Team.
Role Overview:
As an Administrative Support Officer, your responsibilities will include managing databases, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with data organisation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Accurately input and manage data within our database systems.
✅ Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
✅ Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled securely.
✅ Provide general administrative support, including filing, report preparation, and updating spreadsheets.
✅ Assist in generating reports.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
✔️ Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
✔️ Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
