We have multiple Data Engineer openings for a fintech consultancy which is the joint venture between a leading hedge hedge fund and one of the most well known global consultancies.
For this venture we are looking for talented data engineers to help accelerate their growth and work across a range of fast paced exciting projects.
Please note this role requires 5days a week onsite in the Newcastle office. We are open to candidates willing to relocate and several of the staff have done so in order to join this firm.
What are we looking for?
- SQL, Apache Spark, Python.
- Databricks and Azure experience is advantageous.
- Financial services experience is desirable but not essential.
- A minimum 2:1 degree obtained in Computer Science, or a related field, ideally from a Russell Group University.
- Ability to work 5days a week in the office in Central Newcastle.
