Responsibilities
- Proven professional experience working to document management processes and systems – Experience with internal instructional communication
- Understanding around IT in order to create digestible content to non-technical or new users Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- SAP ECC or MDG Knowledge
- Any PIM tool experience (Enterworks, Informatica, etc.)
- Experience running test scripts in Jira or Excel
Nice to have
Knowledge of database management systems or Master Data Governance principles and systems (ex. SAP)
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
