About the Role – Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data reports, visualizations, and interactive business intelligence (BI) reports using Power BI, Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Salesforce CRM Analytics), CVENT, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and automate reporting solutions while ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the Business Transformation Office, including Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Power BI data structures, processes, and reports.
• Utilize SQL to query and extract data from the enterprise data warehouse for analysis and reporting.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data by managing access controls in compliance with Laserfiche Security Policy.
• Support various special projects for the Business Transformation Office as needed.

About You – Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using and developing reports with business analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong understanding of statistics, sales, marketing, and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with SQL, programming, or data mining is a plus.
