JT4 provides cutting-edge engineering and technical support to multiple U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and U.S. Navy test ranges under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract (J-Tech II). Key Responsibilities
✔ Implement and manage cybersecurity programs for organizational information systems.
✔ Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.
✔ Monitor and assess security risks, maintaining a secure operational environment.
✔ Develop and update System Security Plans (SSPs) and security documentation.
✔ Conduct system audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
✔ Manage and control system changes while evaluating security impacts.
✔ Interface with key stakeholders such as the Information System Security Manager (ISSM), Authorizing Official (AO), and Security Control Assessor (SCA).
✔ Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and coordinate Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages using eMASS.
✔ Assist in developing security processes to meet Navy and Air Force RMF requirements.
✔ Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs to team members.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent technical training/certification).
✔ 3-5 years of experience in computer security, information systems, or related areas.
✔ Working knowledge of RMF, eMASS, ACAS, SCAP, STIG, JSIG, NIST 800, and NISPOM Chapter 8.
✔ Experience with system configurations, including Stand-Alone, Local Area Networks (LAN), and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
✔ DoD 8570.01-M compliance, with a Security+ certification required and CISSP preferred.
✔ Strong analytical skills with experience in cyber risk assessments and Cyber Table Top (CTT) exercises.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, and Visio.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work under tight deadlines and in remote field environments with occasional overnight assignments.
✔ Must hold an active DoD Secret security clearance and possess a valid state-issued driver’s license.
