What’s the Role?
Assist customers with financial queries, providing support with empathy and professionalism.
Work flexible hours: Mon-Fri (8 AM – 7:30 PM) & Sat (9 AM – 5 PM).
Deliver outstanding Customer Service by finding the best solutions for both customers and the company.
Handle challenges with resilience and a positive, can-do attitude.
What We’re Looking For
Previous Customer Service experience (contact center experience preferred but not essential).
Strong listening skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A naturally curious attitude and the confidence to challenge the norm.
