Customer Experience Associate Responsibilities
Financial Transactions & Customer Engagement
- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other banking transactions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Provide clear and accurate information on banking products and services.
Problem Solving & Operational Excellence
- Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating when necessary.
- Support the team by staying informed, collaborating, and sharing updates.
- Suggest operational improvements to enhance the customer experience.
What We Look For
- Education & Experience: High school diploma with 1+ years of relevant experience. A degree is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet use.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect with diverse customers.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
