Your Role as a Customer Care Associate
As a Customer Care Associate, you will:

Handle inbound customer queries regarding pensions, savings, and investments.

Guide customers through the Aegon Platform with clear, easy-to-understand communication.

Deliver outstanding service while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Adapt to a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of customer issues and solutions.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who:

Has customer service experience (contact centers, retail, hospitality, etc.).

Is a strong communicator with the ability to problem-solve and multitask.

Can confidently navigate Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
