What You Will Do As a Corporate Sales Executive
- Accountable to support the Director of Corporate & Diplomatic Sales and handle enquiries
- Accountable to ensure enquiries are processed within the limits of Hyatt Brand Standards ensuring that processes and procedures are followed
- Conduct client meetings to drive new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Accountable for contracting business and conversion of corporate and group leads
- Attend and represent the hotel in tradeshows
- Accountable to conduct site inspections and meet with clients to discuss their requirements (this may include some evenings).
- Accountable to act in a professional and informative manner ensuring product and competitor knowledge is current at all times
- To ensure all corporate database is up to date
- Respond in RFPs
- Work closely with HSF team for global managed accounts
- Accountable to ensure that all details of a booking are accurately logged in Envision and comments are continuously updated
