Copywriter + Content Creator Role

Responsibilities:

• Gather and synthesize content from multiple sources.
• Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to refine content effectiveness.
• Develop high-quality content for the in-house sales app.
• Become an expert on products, audiences, and tools, applying that knowledge to content creation.
• Write in a conversational, intelligent, and polished style that aligns with brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional design, editorial, UX/UI design, business leaders, and regional stakeholders.
• Work efficiently and creatively to produce impactful content.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting.
• Strong writing and editing skills, including reviewing the work of others.
• Experience in retail electronic sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and open to feedback.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in content creation.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or English.
• A Master’s degree in Writing or a related field is a plus.
