Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Social Media Coordinator to help grow and engage our online community. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in managing content for digital media or commerce-driven brands. You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and excel in project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Scheduling: Manage and schedule content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

  • Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to build meaningful relationships.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze key social media metrics to optimize strategy and enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support brand initiatives and product launches.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in social media management.

  • A deep passion for content, community, and commerce-driven social media strategies.

  • Strong technical proficiency with key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and resourceful with a strong work ethic.

  • Flexible schedule with availability for occasional nights and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + Equity
