Job Description

FOX’s Finance – FOX Entertainment Studios team is seeking a Team Coordinator to provide executive assistant support to the EVP, Finance – FOX Entertainment Studios and the EVP, Finance – Sports and Entertainment. This role will also assist the broader finance team with expense management, procurement, and administrative projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the EVP, Finance – FOX Entertainment Studios and EVP, Finance – Sports and Entertainment, as well as their teams when required.
  • Coordinate team events, calendars, and activities in collaboration with leadership.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for executives.
  • Track deliverables, ensuring timely completion and follow-ups.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and their direct reports.
  • Arrange domestic and internal travel for team members.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and handle administrative tasks for various projects.
  • Work closely with other administrative staff to foster teamwork across departments.
  • Participate in special projects to improve processes, tools, and systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to support multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Relevant qualifications in business or administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, etc.).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of employees and management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Initiative to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
