Job Description
FOX’s Finance – FOX Entertainment Studios team is seeking a Team Coordinator to provide executive assistant support to the EVP, Finance – FOX Entertainment Studios and the EVP, Finance – Sports and Entertainment. This role will also assist the broader finance team with expense management, procurement, and administrative projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the EVP, Finance – FOX Entertainment Studios and EVP, Finance – Sports and Entertainment, as well as their teams when required.
- Coordinate team events, calendars, and activities in collaboration with leadership.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and ad-hoc requests.
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for executives.
- Track deliverables, ensuring timely completion and follow-ups.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and their direct reports.
- Arrange domestic and internal travel for team members.
- Contribute to strategic planning and handle administrative tasks for various projects.
- Work closely with other administrative staff to foster teamwork across departments.
- Participate in special projects to improve processes, tools, and systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to support multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in business or administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, etc.).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of employees and management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Initiative to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
