We are currently seeking a Cook to join our production department at our Fresno, CA facility. As a member of the food service division, you will be responsible for supporting various production-related activities that are integral to the operations of our plant.

Shift: Night (5:00 pm – 5:00 am)
Schedule: Saturday – Sunday
Duration: Long term
Pay Range: $16.50 – $21.20 per hour
Swing or Grave shifts include a 10% differential.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team environment to share information and assist others as needed.

  • Follow provided formulas and instructions, ensuring accuracy in ingredient measurements.

  • Weigh and measure ingredients to meet production specifications.

  • Combine ingredients to create products that meet company standards.

  • Conduct ingredient testing throughout the cooking process.

  • Accurately measure and weigh raw materials, and identify ingredients for formulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with Food and Beverage Manufacturing processes, including kettle mixers, pumps, and heaters, as well as electrical panels.

  • Understanding of liquid and powder measurements.

  • Strong skills in operating forklifts and industrial equipment.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma preferred.

  • No prior experience required.
