Serving a diverse range of retailers—including mass market, e-commerce, club stores, sporting goods, grocery, toy, housewares, and department stores—IRC also partners with local distributors.

- After-sale consumer parts
IRC sells directly to its three largest customers, while all other sales are managed through well-established rep groups under the direction of Territory Sales Managers. The company serves thousands of customers and also sells directly to consumers via Intexcorp.com and a fully staffed Consumer Service Call Center, with agents located in Long Beach, the Philippines, and China. Due to the high sales volume and seasonal demand, IRC emphasizes accurate forecasting, stringent controls, and precise execution.
