Required Skills & Competencies:
- Industry Knowledge: ETRM, Strong understanding of the European Gas & Emissions Trading, both physical and financial.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Endur
- Lifecycle Experience: Exposure to at least three aspects of the full deal lifecycle, such as Trading Entry, Valuation & Risk Management, Confirmations, Nominations/Industry Interfaces, Operations/Logistics, Invoicing & Settlements, and Market Data Feeds and Curve Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Front/Middle/Back Office, software development team, and other business support functions to assess, shape, and deliver business change initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand processes, develop business cases, document requirements, and create specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Planning & Prioritisation: Ensure effective planning and prioritisation of all business change initiatives, supported by detailed requirements and agreed acceptance criteria.
- Business Readiness: Contribute to the development of business readiness plans and assist in user training and the creation of user guides.
