As we expand our marketing efforts in 2025, we’re seeking a dynamic individual to lead our content and email marketing initiatives.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Content & Email Marketing Specialist eager to make a significant impact in a startup environment. This role offers the opportunity to own and execute our content strategy, manage email marketing campaigns, and drive user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
•Content Creation & Management:
• Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy across our blog, social media, email, and website.
• Produce engaging blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and email content that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with partners to generate co-branded content and leverage their expertise.
•Email Marketing:
• Design and execute email campaigns, including property recommendations, educational materials, product updates, and partner promotions.
• Develop and maintain email workflows to nurture leads and convert them into active users.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement.
•Performance Tracking & Optimization:
• Set and monitor KPIs for content and email marketing efforts.
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to inform strategy adjustments.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
•Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with the paid ads team to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Coordinate with product and design teams to create content that highlights features and enhances user experience.
• Partner with sales to understand client needs and translate them into compelling content.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation and email marketing, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and content management systems.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Passion for real estate or the short-term rental market is a plus.
