HILLS Properties, one of the largest and fastest-growing multifamily developers in the Midwest, is seeking a Construction Project Scheduling Manager to be responsible for the detail management and scheduling of multiple construction projects. This position will report out of our Corporate Office located in Blue Ash, OH.
The Construction Project Scheduling Manager should have an unmatched record of success with preparing and maintaining effective schedules, developing and revising project baselines, and monitoring project progress to ensure success. Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare summary and detail level schedules, update continually throughout each day
- Develop full Critical Path Method (CPM) logic-generated baseline schedules for projects
- Perform daily progress updates and create target comparison and periodic look-ahead schedules – monitor and track progress at a detailed and summary level
- Develop and update resource loaded schedules daily
- Lead all project schedule reviews as required
- Lead presentations, including developing preliminary bar chart schedules and staffing charts
- Provide support and training in the use of project and scheduling software to office and field associates
- Conduct schedule and Work-In-Progress reviews
- On a daily basis, develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource loading schedule activities
- Assemble progress reports and supporting documentation to meet project team requirements
- Analyze data and build reports to support project monitoring and decision making
- Interface daily with project management & Superintendents to support monitoring of cost performance
- Continuous improvement of project controls and project management best practices and deliverables
- Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on the advanced use of Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in Procore project management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to form positive working relationships with team members and vendors
Education, Experience, Licenses and Certifications Prerequisites:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience with project controls, project planning, and project scheduling, preferably within the multi-family industry
- College degree preferred
